Senior Account Receivable Executive

Working days: Monday - Friday
Location: Boon Lay

Basic Salary: $3000 - $3800

Responsibilities:

Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and initiate collection efforts, negotiating payment plans as needed.
Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure timely payments and resolve disputes.
Develop and implement collection strategies, including regular follow-ups on overdue accounts.
Assist in reviewing legal documents and collaborate with lawyers and credit bureau companies on escalations.
Evaluate customer creditworthiness, set credit limits, and monitor risks.
Mentor and train team members, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address accounts receivable issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
