We are looking for motivated professionals with relevant experience to join our transaction execution team as Associate/Senior Associate. The candidate will play an integral role as member of the team and get exposure to corporate advisory transactions of public listed companies on the SGX-ST as well as corporate finance transactions including IPO, RTO, independent financial advisory, privatisation and mergers and acquisitions.

Candidate will also be exposed to fund management assignments.

The responsibilities of this position would include:

Supporting deals execution for the corporate finance team and fund management team
Preparing pitchbooks and transaction presentation materials
Performing financial analysis and valuation-related work
Reviewing, developing and preparing various transactional materials and reports
Research and analysis of markets, industries and companies based on publicly available information, research reports and other information sources

The candidate should have:

Preferrably a degree in in Accountancy and/or Finance, diploma holder may also apply
At least 1 to 2 years of finance or audit experience
Good understanding of financial statements
As we work on cross border transactions involving China from time to time, proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin will be useful
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (i.e Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Bloomberg will be an advantage
