Logistics Coordinator - Bukit Batok

• Shuttle service from Kranji / CCK / Gul Circle MRT
• Office is 10 minutes walk from Gul Circle MRT

• Manage and allocate company’s fleet of vehicles and machinery to support operations, and at the same time ensure that fleet is well maintained through timely servicing, inspections, appropriate repairs, etc,.
• Direct team activities, establishing task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments, providing guidance, and ensuring the availability of resources.
• Direct and facilitate the recovery process of broken-down vehicles and machineries, ensuring follow-ups are complete.
• Handle accident reports and the subsequent follow-ups, which includes evaluating the repair cost/ quotes, submitting relevant reports, handling insurance claims/ settlements, etc,.
• Order, maintain and track workshop inventory of spare parts, tools, buffer stocks, etc,.
• Submission of weekly and monthly reports
• Plan, organize, and execute logistics support activities, such as inspections, maintenance planning, repair analysis, test equipment recommendations, and warehouse management.
• Manage contractor activities, reviewing proposals, and serving as liaisons between contractors and the company.
• Review logistics performance against targets, benchmarks, and service agreements.
• Review contractual commitments, customer specifications, or related information to determine logistics or support requirements.

• Minimally a Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in mechanic works
• Has a valid Class 3 Driving License
• Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week
• Expereince in the construction industry would prove advantageous
