Job function

Assist to prepare the annual operating budget and provide analytical support during budget reviews
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial closing of results and various reports as required by Corporate Office
Analyse monthly financial data and market trend and produce reasonably accurate forecasts
Ensure a strong accounting & operational control environment to safeguard assets, improve operations and profitability
Ensure compliance with SOPs
Ensure that the Profit & Loss is accurate, and statements are delivered to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner
Monitor systems to ensure accuracy of data and support the achievement of revenue goals
Manage hotel expenses, working capital and cash flow in accordance with Company’s SOPs and requirements
Ensure compliance with relevant contractual obligations, reporting requirements and statutory regulations
