We are looking for a Head of finance to manage the Singapore operations with high visbility to senior management team.

Client Details

We are an established player within the consumer retail sector with strong presence across APAC. We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead a lean finance team and be a strategic business partner for the Singapore business.

Description

As an integral position within the Singapore leadership team, you will be managing the full spectrum of finance function for Singapore including the overall financial stewardship, budgets and forecasting, business reviews and strategic planning activities.
You will manage the accounting operations, cashflow and treasury management as well as driving process streamlining to improve finance operations. You will be responsible for the planning activities and be a business partner to the functional stakeholders and business units heads to maximise working capital level and drive sales and profitability levels.

You will take on adhoc projects for ERP improvements and process standardisation to drive efficiencies.

Profile

The successful candidate be a qualified accountant with more than 8 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting with recent years in a people manager capacity. Initial work experience with an audit firm will be good to have. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and should also be confident in dealing with senior management or varied stakeholders within an organization.
