Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day retail operations, ensuring efficient stock management, eye-catching product displays, and flawless execution of merchandising strategies.
- Cross-Outlet Coordination: Support and manage multiple retail locations, collaborate with store managers and field teams to optimize performance.
- Team Leadership & Training: Lead the onboarding and training of new retail staff and promoters, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed in store operations and sales techniques.
- Sales Performance Management: Monitor sales performance for all assigned locations, analyze data, and propose strategies for improving sales results.
- Customer Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and store managers to improve product visibility and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Special Event & Atrium Sales: Take ownership of sales performance during special events and atrium setups, coordinating activities and leading the execution of retail sales.
- Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular reports on retail performance, stock levels, and customer feedback to management, offering insights for improved sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales or operations, with a strong understanding of merchandising, stock management, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, teams, and store managers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple outlets and events simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to sales performance, with a results-oriented mindset.
