We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives.

As a relationship builder and strategic thinker, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring seamless project execution that meets and exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and partnerships.
  • Fostering strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive business expansion.
  • Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision.
  • Organise workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.
  • Prepare, present, and lead presentations to prospective clients, negotiate contracts and terms, and identify opportunities to boost contractual revenue.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define business development strategies and long-term goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage the overall client experience, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Receive complaints and resolve problems.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Diploma in business marketing, business or related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in business development and project management, with preference given to candidates with extensive experience.
  3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Proven track record of managing multiple projects successfully and meeting deadlines.
  5. Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment. Meticulous and attentive to detail with a positive attitude.
  6. Good communication skills in English, Bengali and Hindi, both writing and speaking, in order to liaise with the Indian and Bangladeshi workforce.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Highly professional and has a good work ethic.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and address clients' needs and identify opportunities.
