Outsourcing Contract Manager, Tax - Bukit Merah

JOB SUMMARY
  • The Outsourcing Contract Manager, Tax will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Tax’s business process outsourcing contracts to ensure compliance with terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, supporting the negotiation of the contract terms, monitoring performance, and mitigating risks associated with outsourcing agreements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy
  • Support negotiations for new outsourcing agreements and renewals.
  • Draft, review, and amend contracts to align with organizational goals and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and other relevant departments to ensure contract terms are favorable and compliant.
Business
  • Act as the secondary point of contact (primary point being the contract owner) for all matters related to outsourcing contracts.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on contract performance and issues.
Processes
  • Identify opportunities for improving contract management processes and practices.
  • Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance contract efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments related to outsourcing.
People & Talent
  • Be part of a dynamic and collaborative team
Risk Management
  • Identify potential risks associated with outsourcing contracts and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that all contracts comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Maintain records of all risk assessments and mitigation actions taken.
  • Monitor the performance of outsourcing partners against agreed service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Address and resolve any performance issues or disputes in a timely manner.
Governance
  • Oversee the lifecycle of outsourcing contracts from initiation to termination.
  • Ensure that all contractual obligations are met by both parties.
  • Maintain a comprehensive contract management system for tracking key dates, deliverables, and obligations.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in outsourcing contract management
  • Strong project management experience and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
