We are looking for a highly self-driven Sales Executive who can independently build a strong sales pipeline, source new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. This is a strategic sales role requiring excellent communication skills, industry connections, and a proven track record in IT solutions, digital services, or cybersecurity sales.

Basic: $3000 to $4500

Comms and Quarterly Performance Bonus Available
  • New Business Development: Identify, engage, and secure new clients through proactive lead generation, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and recurring business.
  • Sales Strategy & Pipeline Growth: Establish a structured sales pipeline, identifying key target industries and high-value prospects.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Arrange and conduct sales meetings, deliver compelling business proposals, and close deals effectively.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Develop pricing strategies, negotiate contract terms, and ensure smooth deal closures.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Track sales performance, set targets, and generate reports to drive sales insights.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project teams to align sales efforts with Digipixel’s growth strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT or digital solutions sales with a strong sales track record.
  • Exceptional communication & negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of web solutions, cybersecurity, digital marketing, or branding services.
  • Ability to independently source and build a sales pipeline from scratch.
  • Results-driven and highly motivated to exceed targets.
  • Existing client base or strong industry connections will be a plus.
