[ref. h23459222] Air Export Operations Assistant / Officer - Toa Payoh

This position is responsible for the Air Export operations and support internal department to meet customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse on operation matters
• Process Shipping Document and execute AWBs
• Ensure accurate input of dimension, weight , rates and other data into system
• Perform check and verification of compliance for DG and Temperature Control cargo

-Send pre-alerts to overseas destination

-Monitor consol cut-off and cargo lodge in time for urgent shipment

Pre-Requisite of candidate:

• Must be a Team Player and able to work independently
• Must be careful, meticulous and self motivated
• Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work

• Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be advantageous if have
• Shift operation Job

5 days’ work week (rotating off day either Saturday or Monday)

Night shift (1800 – 0330)
