• Contract 1 year / 6+6 mths
• Location: Changi
• Up to $5,000 basic

Working hours: Mondays - Thursdays - 8.30 am to 6.00 pm

Fridays - 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Job duties:

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Cycle – Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, salary proposals, offers, contracts, and onboarding.
• Talent Pipeline & Sourcing – Build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline using social media, professional networks, and alternative sourcing channels.
• Stakeholder & Outreach Engagement – Collaborate with HR partners and divisions, and participate in outreach activities like career fairs and networking events.
• Compliance & Data Analysis – Ensure compliance with employment regulations and analyze recruitment data to develop improvement strategies.
• Employee Lifecycle Management & Process Improvement – Oversee exit, retirement, and re-employment processes while contributing to HR projects and process enhancements.

Job requirement:

• Degree in Human resource/Business admin related
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience
