A leader in the maritime industry is currently seeking an experienced candidate to join them team as an Operations Executive for their Maritime HR department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Check and update crew matrix every week
• Update crew certificate information from Master and/or manning office.
• In charge of sending the allotment register to all vessels every month.
• Create briefing schedule and send out briefing materials to the crew, ensuring all parties join the briefing on time and follow schedule accordingly.
• Management of crew evaluation reports – obtaining the required signatures and uploading the reports on shipmate.
• Coordinate and ensure the timely dispatch of crew mails and crew licenses/documents to the vessels.
• To provide US VISA application LOI to manning office for Romanian and Chinese officers.
• E-filing or reports such as crew health check reports, sickness/ injury reports and monitoring reports for vessels
• Crew Mail
• Assist to mail documents/certificates/magazines/uniform etc. to vessels/manning office whenever required.
• Perform other administrative/ support duties assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Maritime Studies/ Business or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is advantageous
