Job Summary:

The Executive / Senior Executive is responsible for the execution of operational tasks to the assigned clinical service(s) across the continuum of care, and achieving stated outcomes in customer service, volume & financial targets, work processes and learning & growth perspectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Involve actively to understand and improve daily operations of the assigned service point(s), partnering relevant stakeholders to resolve system and process issues including but not limited to patient experience, patient and staff safety, registration, admission, wait time, decanting/right siting of patient, bed tight situation and financial counselling/billing enquiries.
  • Responsible to work with relevant stakeholders for the efficient functioning of administrative and operational processes.
  • Organize the requirements from doctors, nurse managers, and relevant stakeholders to support the operations lead in establishing procurement contracts or purchase orders for the supply of consumables, implants, and equipment used by the team.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among administrative, clinical team and support departments.
  • Responsible to work with relevant stakeholders in addressing concerns and resolving feedback from patient related to billing issues.
  • Provide support to the entire work planning and budgeting process of the assigned service point(s) from development till implementation/execution.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Candidates with relevant experience will have an advantage
  • Analytical, quantitative and good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word / Excel
  • Service-oriented and customer-focused
