Procurement officer

Job roles:

In charge of sourcing for construction materials and equipment in order to meet project needs.

Identify, review, and manage vendor contracts for fair procurement and ensure proper recording of the relevant contractual documentation required.

Manage procurement within budget and time, with accurate supplier and cost records.

In charge of inventory management of the company.

In charge of identifying and optimizing the procurement process for cost savings and efficiency.

To ensure proper procurement record-keeping at all times.

Requirements:

Degree or diploma qualification or equivalent qualifications.

2+ years procurement experience required; construction experience preferred.

Positive work attitude and drive.

Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
