Role & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate building and construction products for their environmental impact to meet the requirements of the Singapore Green Building Product (SGBP) certification scheme
• Conduct assessments and verifications of building projects and interiors in accordance with BCA Green Mark requirements
• Source and gather information on international standards and industry best practices to support the periodic review and development of certification criteria
• Engage with industry stakeholders to raise awareness of green procurement and environmental sustainability practices
• Support SGBC’s various programmes and outreach in areas of technical specialisation

Job Requirements:

• Degree in building and construction, engineering, building management or related fields
• Green Mark Accredited Professional qualification, or with credentials leading to qualification, is a requirement
• Good understanding of the built environment industry and passion for environmental sustainability
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with all levels of stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-organised and able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
