Field Service Engineer (Press Printer)
- 12 months contract, with an option to extend
- Requires onsite travel (field service) to support HP Indigo presses
- Work location: Tuas
- Troubleshooting skill in electro-mechanical assembly, including electrical wiring diagram
- Customer facing, problem solving and analytical skills
- Managing the onsite delivering of software services, pre-sales, post-sales or service delivery support, installation and configuration for customer environments
- Deliver reactive and proactive activities according to Service Level Agreement to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Must be willing to work beyond official work hour occasionally when troubleshooting the press printer.
- Computer literacy like MS Excel, Powerpoint and etc.
- Diploma in Electrical and electronics engineering from local polytechnic or Bachelor degree
- Experience in printing industry, especially with digital press will be added advantage
