Job Responsibilities:

• Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to initiating actions.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers in a timely manner.
• Proactively identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers via phone and WhatsApp.
• Work collaboratively with team members to drive collective success.
• Assist in preparing sales agreements, invoices, billing documents, and other related paperwork for sales and financing transactions.
• Provide support to both sales and accounting teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and financing processes.
• Maintain and update administrative data in internal systems, including record-keeping and filing tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirement:

• Candidates with relevant experiences are welcome to apply, especially with experience of Customer Service/ Sales Admin.
