Spa Director

Location: Singapore, Ang Mo Kio
Salary Range: SGD 8,000 – SGD 10,000 + Profit Sharing

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Spa Director to lead our spa business to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervisory management, sales, training, digital marketing, and spa operations. This role requires an individual who can drive revenue growth, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and lead a team of beauticians to achieve their sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall spa operations and ensure smooth day-to-day management.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business revenue targets.
Train, mentor, and motivate beauticians to meet their individual sales goals.
Handle accounting and budgeting to optimize financial performance.
Utilize digital marketing, live streaming, and content creation to promote spa and wellness programs.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to operating a beauty spa.
Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
Develop promotional campaigns and manage social media presence.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the beauty/wellness industry.
✔ Strong background in sales management, training, and coaching.
✔ Hands-on experience in live streaming and content creation for spa promotions.
✔ Solid understanding of accounting and financial management.
✔ Knowledge of legal requirements for operating a beauty spa in Singapore.
✔ Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
