Site Maintenance Supervisor

Job Overview

As a Site Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance operations, ensuring smooth functionality and a well-maintained environment for visitors. You will lead a team, coordinate maintenance activities, and drive continuous improvements in the operations.

• Ensure compliance with Service Level Targets.
• Supervise and lead the maintenance/operations team.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee routine maintenance activities.
• Monitor and manage product quality and implement control measures.
• Procure materials, tools, and equipment required for the operations.
• Oversee inventory management, including stocktaking and asset tracking.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance defects beyond the operators’ immediate scope.
• Conduct training sessions for Technicians according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Lead daily work activities and toolbox briefings for the team.
• Evaluate and review performance targets for Operators.
• Report work progress and results to internal stakeholders.
• Communicate challenges and provide feedback to management and relevant teams.
• Assist in the maintenance activities as needed.

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience leading a small team
• Experience working in the farming, maintenance or production will be added advantage
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills to guide the team effectively.
• Able to take initiative and address issues effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address operational challenges.
• Good communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and team members.
• Must be able to work permanent night shift
• It will be an advantage if you are able to start work within short notice.
