Job Description:

• Ensure that the restaurant, equipment and interiors are maintained in a thoroughly clean and fully operational manner at all times according to the standards stipulated in the Operations Manual.
• Manage and maintain the high standard of service of food and beverage and customer satisfaction at all times.
• Guide and motivate team members in the day to day running of the outlet and ensure good communications at all levels are maintained at all times.
• Handle day-to-day operations including attending to customer complaints and queries, supervise work activities of cleaning personnel and cleaning contractors in the restaurant, coordinate staffs’ roster, etc.
• Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant complies with relevant health, safety and hygiene and licensing regulations.
• Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
• Assist in implementation of effective marketing and promotion strategies to achieve financial targets and ensure smooth execution of promotions in the outlet.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 to 4 years of related working experience in F&B restaurants serving western food
2. Possess a Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate advantageous
3. Have a positive service mindset and willing to go the extra mile
4. Good communication skills (written and verbal)
5. Able to work split-shifts, weekends and public holidays
6. Able to work 5.5 days work week
