To support our growing team, we are hiring a Front Desk Admin Manager who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a vibrant, child-friendly setting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and update the KGA class booking system
- Liaise with parents via phone, email, and in-person to arrange classes and trial sessions
- Follow up with parents and gather feedback after classes
- Provide timely and clear feedback to parents regarding their child’s progress
- Handle inventory management, stock levels, and deliveries
- Explain KGA’s program structure and class system (training provided)
- Warm and outgoing personality with a passion for children and people
- Highly organized, punctual, and efficient in administrative tasks
- Previous experience in front desk, administrative, or customer service roles preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
- Must be able to work both Saturdays and Sundays
- Full training provided
- Weekdays: 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm (with one weekday off)
- Weekends: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
** While the core working hours do not always meet 36 hours per week, you may occasionally be required to start earlier during holiday camps or competitions. Total working hours will not exceed 44 hours per week or 12 hours per day, in compliance with MOM regulations.
Additional compensation or an extra day of annual leave will be provided if overtime is incurred.
