Senior Specialist Operations Planning & Controlling - Bukit Merah

In your new role you will:

• Key interface to Business Division and Operation Scheduling &Dispatching team on accurate delivery commitment, with focus on Quarter-end Revenue fulfilment
• Commit and fulfil Lean Planning Production Program 26 weeks demand; Weekly Back End Short Term (BEST) demand confirmation with 2nd level capacity check on demand structure changes
• Drive for demand fulfilment to meet customer orders and achieve delivery KPIs (CLIP, Range, Utilization, COR/COP, Chip shortage, Fastrack fulfilment).
• Collaborate with various BE Sites & OSAT counterparts on demand requirement, to achieve loading optimization and delivery accuracy.
• Engage with Business Division Demand Planners, Capacity/Resource Planners with regards to Volume Rolling Forecast, capacity optimization and volume/eqpt transfer roadmaps.
• Manage WIP cycle-time & loose lots disposition to eliminate aging WIPs within operation.
• Enhance competence and expertise in specific technical areas, drive improvements in digitalization / automation to improved productivity and efficiency.

Beyond, you are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Min. Bachelor Degree Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years of planning, coordination and scheduling production experience in manufacturing environment preferably semiconductor industry.
• Customer oriented and good understanding of Supply Chain process, inventory control and management.
• Project Management knowledge in backend Supply Chain Planning is preferred.
• Strong in analytical, communication and time management skills.
• Knowledge in SAP / programming skills / data analytics will be added advantage.
