Job Descriptions

Manage the life cycle R&D projects and product delivery by planning, organizing, executing and evaluating from conception to completion.
Lead project scoping with internal and external stakeholders to establish communication plans, build project schedules and establish clear project deliverables and milestones.
Ensure successful delivery of project scope and targets while managing project risk, quality, delivery, scope, schedule, and budget
Collaborate and motivate project team members in the design, development, and delivery of R&D solutions to customers.
Drive design / process validation testing and ensure compliance to project lifecycle governance requirements
Ability to demonstrate a good level of understanding of technical/engineering processes in managing the project development with the project teams
Manage and implement project changes and interventions to achieve project deliverables and mitigate risk.
Create and maintain project records in Project Management System

Job Requirements

Bachelor in any engineering / project management related discipline
Those with 1-3 years of project management experience in product development or research project may apply
Proactive team player and technically motivated to solve problems, innovate and deliver to internal and external customers
Good interpersonal and communication skills
