The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a Global logistics and freight forwarding company. We are looking for an Customer Service Executive (Quotation, Shipping) to join the team!

• Permanent, Full-time opportunity
• Location: East region, Changi South Street (Expo)
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB

• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Order Management: Process client orders and pre-alert to customer, origin and operations.
• Order Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and other required documentation for operation take over
• Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments, such as operations, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth and efficient execution of client orders
• Troubleshooting: Address client issues and concerns related to shipments, delivery delays, damages, or other logistics issues, and work with internal teams to resolve them.

• Diploma in Logistics / Freight Forwarding
• With at least 2 years in logistics/freight forwarding industry
• Familiar with air, ocean & DG shipments
• Proficient in MS Office
