Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of junior technicians to run the daily operation issues, routine maintenance and improvement project
- Maintain staff morale as well as a clean and safe work area
- Site construction management, servicing and repair
- Technical proposals to customers
- Pre-empt and trouble shoot on site problems
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superiors
- Meticulous, hardworking and willing to learn
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- More than 3 years relevant working experience
- Possess Class 3 driving licence
- Remuneration commensurate with experience
