Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced, professional, and relationship-focused UHNW Relationship Managers to join our expanding team. The ideal candidates will bring exceptional interpersonal skills, comprehensive financial knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for UHNW clients, providing exceptional relationship management, personalized attention, and proactive communication.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners (investment professionals, legal and tax advisors, accountants) to design, implement, and continuously optimize customized financial strategies.
- Regularly review client portfolios, monitor and communicate investment performance, analyze market trends, and advise clients on strategic adjustments.
- Proactively identify evolving client needs, anticipate future requirements, and propose tailored solutions, such as investment opportunities, estate planning, philanthropy initiatives, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting on client interactions, account statuses, compliance requirements, and portfolio activities.
- Maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality, ensuring sensitive financial and personal client information is securely managed.
- Represent the firm professionally at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities, enhancing the firm's reputation and client base.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8-15 years' experience in private banking, wealth management, family office, or similar client-facing financial services roles.
- Demonstrable track record of effectively managing relationships with UHNW individuals and families.
- Deep understanding of complex financial products, investments, estate planning, taxation, and legal frameworks relevant to UHNW individuals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- CFA, CFP, or similar professional certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required. Advanced degrees (MBA, JD, etc.) advantageous.
