Customer Service Officer - Bukit Merah

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately handle over-the-counter transactions.
- Provide general KYC support, including managing the account opening process and collaborating with the compliance team for customer documentation collection.
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a seamless account opening experience.
- Conduct basic front-line AML assessments and KYC reviews for both new and existing customers, following normal and enhanced due diligence standards in line with AML policies.
- Manage customer wait times to maintain high service levels and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints, minimizing any negative impact.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: GCE ‘N’ Level.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in cashiering duties.
- Skilled in utilizing data to enhance productivity and performance.
- Previous experience in a front-line role within the payment industry is preferred.
- Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Willing to work shifts and weekends.
