Job Responsibilities :

Attend to general maintenance issues (raised by tenant or Operations team)

TV or any electrical appliances including water heater
Door or window handle repair
Bathroom and kitchen cabinet repair
Wardrobe repair
Furniture repair (bed, chair, table, sofa)
Change light bulbs
Clean ceiling fan/s
Toilet sliding door or shower door
Plumbing
Simple electrical work
Blinds or curtains rail repair

Assists operation team to move furniture from one location to another and assemble it (if required)
Assists operation team to dispose unused/broken items
Preparation of Handover unit to Landlord Coordination with Jameson/Operation

Wall, ceiling painting
As per item (1) covering all the above bullet points
Paint or varnish wooden bathroom cabinet
Wipe clean light cover or casing
Any other remedial work required

Any other ad-hoc work as and when required
Required to drive company in the absent of operation/maintenance team
