• Bi-yearly salary review and fast track career progression

• Develop and maintain good relationship with new/existing clients and provide full recruitment support
• Perform research and understand clients and their industries well
• Source for suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising and referrals
• Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on client's requirement and needs
• Create profiling of the suitable candidates to be proposed to the engaged clients for consideration
• Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage the expectation
• Coordination of interviews arrangement between clients and candidates
• Conduct reference check on candidates on behalf of clients
• Coordinate and negotiate on salary offers on behalf of clients and candidates
• Perform post-recruitment follow up with clients and candidates
• Work closely with different teams to fulfill client's needs

• Candidate must have at least 1 year of recruitment experience
• Portfolio (by job functions basis) assigned will be determined on mutual agreement basis
• Candidate who is flexible, ability to multitask, adaptable to changes, willing to learn and improve, self-driven and a team player will have a distinct advantage
