One of our clients, one of Asia's largest brokerage firms, is looking for an experienced professional to lead their team as a Client Service Officer.

• Role: Client Service Officer
• Salary: Up to $3.5k per month + 1 month completion bonus + attractive benefits ??
• Client Industry: Financial Institution
• Work Location: Central

⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 830am to 530pm

• Attend to all incoming enquiries via calls, email, live chat and walk-in (occasional).
• Manage escalations, complaints and feedback received.
• Take ownership of client issues and follow through to resolution.
• To ensure accuracy and compliant for all client requests.
• To consistently meet the customer centre targets set (KPIs) without compromising quality of service delivery.
• Other ad hoc and general duties, and projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a Call Centre or customer service related role.
• Strong service mindset and good negotiation skills.
• Night shift and working on PH is required on rotational basis.
