You will support the day-to-day running and managing of an education centre. This is a knowledge intensive job as you need to know our programmes and processes well. It helps if you are pro-active, independent and able to deal with all people from all walks of life.
Why? This role is the connecting point between all stakeholders in the centre like trainee, colleagues and higher management.
Responsibilities:
- Managing, coordinating and facilitating classes for the centre
- Fully incharge of Audit requirement and ensure complicance set by TPG and SSG.
- Handle walk-ins, emails and telephone enquiries and provide course consultation to prospective trainee.
- Fully support training material, support event and inventory management.
- You will assist the day-to-day services/admin activities of the centre.
- Maintain CRM system, support digitial marketing ads posting.
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to coordinate and liaise with adult trainee and Trainers.
- A team player, independently working and able to prioritize tasks at hand
- Ability/readiness to work on weekdays and weekends (9am to 6pm)(5 days per week)(weekend is only applicable if there is course held in weekend)
