What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute creative content across platforms (mainly Instagram and TikTok)
- Plan and schedule posts, ensuring consistency with brand voice and aesthetics.
- Create engaging reels, videos, graphics, and captions that resonate with our audience.
- Stay on top of social media trends, hashtags, and viral content to keep our brand ahead.
- Engage with our online community and build relationships with followers.
- Analyze content performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
- Experience in content creation, photography, videography, and editing.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Excellent writing skills with a fun and engaging tone.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with influencer collaborations or paid social campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics.
- A passion for beauty and skincare
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
