Responsibilities:
- Responsible for up-hold ISO/IATF 16949 QMS System and its Documentation Control effectiveness; tracking of customer Engineering change to ensure the ECN is implemented.
- To lead and provide support to quality audit activities and participate in new projects launch control. Access and manage all customer web quality reporting and co-ordinate with internal team on new updated documents.
- Participate in APQP process on new and current product qulality performance, conduct MRB (Material Review Board) to manage non-conformity material and drive for improvement.
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or its equivalent with min 5 years working experience in automotive industry environment.
- Knowledge in ISO/IATF 16949, ISO 9001 QMS & ISO 14000 EMS
- Preferably trained for Internal Quality Audit and experience in Document Control procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft, possess good working knowledge of QC Tools, Quality Control and problem solving knowledge
