HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving HR initiatives, supporting business objectives, and enhancing employee experience across our regional offices. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for developing people strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with company objectives.
• Provide expert advice and support on HR policies, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Oversee employee engagement efforts, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Lead compensation and benefits discussions, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Work closely with the management team on HR-related compliance, legal matters, and risk mitigation.
• Support HRIS implementation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering role.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices in Singapore and/or other regional markets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, JustLogin, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage HR data for strategic decision-making.
