Digital Marketing Executive (Web Management)

Leading power generation company

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

• Develops and takes ownership of the digital marketing strategies and frameworks for innovative campaigns, which include development of initiatives to influence and convert potential customers to the brand
• Develops creative contents and engagement programs as part of enhancing customer experience and brand campaigns, which entails close liaison between external creative agencies and internal teams on the development of artwork for the product launches, campaigns and promotions
• Implements marketing campaigns for our brands, ensuring effective communications with different stakeholders like internal departments, creative/ media agencies and other external vendors on the creation of marketing deliverables
• Collaborates with internal teams to execute omnichannel promotions
• Responsible for web management as well as any digital initiatives e.g. SEM, SEO and Social Media Marketing
• Leads the digital analytics and performance tracking function
• Monitors and administers web analytics dashboards, reports with key reporting tools to point out key areas of importance in accordance to business requirements
• Support special ad hoc projects, not limited to Digital Sales
• Ensure proper usage and accurate tracking of marketing budget

• Degree/ Diploma, preferably with at least 2 years of experience in marketing, brand building and marketing communications
• Marketing experience in both B2B and B2C will be preferred
• Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/ Paid Search (PPC) and in-depth experience with website analytics tools is an advantage
• Experience in using Photoshop and MS Office, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint, is an advantage
• Good communication, presentation, and writing skills, excellent service attitude with a problem solving disposition
• Mature, conscientious and well-organised and is able to work well in a team
• Takes initiative and strives for win-win outcomes for all stakeholders
• Independent, analytical and has an eye for details and works well under pressure
• Available to start work immediately or within short notice period is an advantage
