Restaurant Operations Manager - Geylang
Hiring an Restaurant Operations Manager for our Seafood Indian Muslim restaurant. The role involves managing front-of-house operations and ensuring smooth customer service, leading the service team, overseeing food and beverage service, and ensuring customers have a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily outlet operations and coordinate between service and kitchen teams
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and task delegation
Take orders, and coordinate with the kitchen for timely service
Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining area
Handle customer feedback and resolve minor complaints professionally
Monitor service standards and assist in staff training
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
Assist with inventory checks, supplier coordination, and order tracking
Assist with cashier duties
Requirements:
High School / Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
At least 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations or restaurant management
Strong leadership, good communication and customer service skills
Familiar with Indian-Muslim, Malay, Western, and seafood restaurant operations
Able to lead by example and work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
