Geylang - Operation Director, Site Facility Service Head

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Site Engineering & Maintenance, Validation, and the GMP Cleaning team, to support the construction of the site, the on-time release of new manufacturing facilities and QC labs in WuXi XDC Singapore site, and will be responsible for continuous engineering support for the site after facility GMP release.
2. Manage the daily operation, budget control, planning of the site engineering, and improve the operation efficiency to support GMP manufacturing and QC teams.
3. Hire and develop the talents, and build a solid team of Site Facility Service team with expertise and service spirit.
4. Be responsible for engaging with clients on engineering related topics, answering questions during client and regulatory audit.
5. Manage suppliers on a daily basis and conduct regular evaluations and assessments to improve the quality of on-site operations.
6. Maintain good and effective communication with business units and support site head to improve the overall communication efficiency within the new site.
7. Handle temporary and unexpected problems on the site flexibly and efficiently

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 10 years of related working experience in a global environment, and at least 5 years of team management.
2. Good communication and coordination skills, clear logical thinking, and resource integration ability
3. Excellent learning ability and adaptability, able to think proactively and self-motivated
4. Good service awareness and team spirit, able to respond to the needs of internal customers quickly.
