Electrical Maintenance Supervisor (Food Manufacturing) - Woodlands

Our client is an F&B manufacturer in Singapore and they are currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor (Food Manufacturing). This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of electrical infrastructure, manages a team of electricians, and implements preventive maintenance programs.

You will be reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Operate and program PLC systems (Omron, Mitsubishi, KEYENCE)
• Manage a team of electricians by assigning assignments, tracking progress, and giving direction and training
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules, processes, and protocols to reduce equipment downtime
• Manage the maintenance, repair, and replacement of electrical systems, such as switchgear, motors, and control systems
• Investigate and address electrical problems by utilizing diagnostic tools and procedures to determine fundamental causes
• Safety and Compliance: Conduct frequent safety audits and training sessions to ensure that all electrical safety standards, regulations, and corporate policies are met
• Communication and Collaboration: Work with production teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that electrical maintenance actions are consistent with business objectives
• Record-keeping and reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance indicators, and submit frequent reports to management

• Transport Allowance: 5 SGD /working day.
• Medical Allowance: 80 SGD /month (After the probational period, paid monthly regardless of whether medical expenses were used or not.)

• Able to handle electrical systems and PLC control (such as Omron, Mitsubishi, and KEYENCE)
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Possess a valid electrical engineering license (e.g., WSH)
• Fluent in English in order to communicate with counterparts

• Possess a LEW (Licensed Electrical Worker) or PE (Professional Engineer) certification
• Possess experience in PLC programming
• Proven experience in electrical design and wiring
