☑ Knowledge of the Engine and Alternator Systems
Your Role, Your Influence:
- Install electrical switches, sensors, transducers, transmitters, current transformers, alternator components, control panels, etc
- Install engine wiring as accordance with the drawings provided and prepare generators for load test.
- Disassemble and assemble engine components such as oil pump, water pump an cylinder head .
- Perform fuel injectors installation ,engine timing and valve lash adjustment
- Assist and perform mechanical & alignment works such as installation of radiator assembly ,couplings, engines ,alternators ,gearbox ,piping & hoses.
- Assist and perform alignment works for radiator assembly, engine, and alternator installation.
- Perform safety devices test , load test and ET tool connection .
- Perform troubleshooting when problem raise and general servicing on engines and alternators.
Requirement :
- Min 3 years of related hands-on experience (Heavy Duty Diesel / Automobile Mechanics)
- ITE or relevant field
- Knowledge of IT Programmable & Logic Control will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of below will be advantage :
Engine and alternator
Hydraulic Staring System
Marine Gearbox
AC Power Alternator
Alignment &control panel
