Job Description:

  • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
  • Maintains filing systems as assigned.
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
  • Handles general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning.
  • Assisting the Contracts team with submission of tenders and administrative tasks.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least GCE 'N' level or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
