Job Title:** Dedicated Full-Time Home Teacher / Private Tutor for Primary 1 Student

**Location:** [Serangoon, Singapore]

**Salary Range:** SGD 5,000 – 10,000/month (negotiable based on experience)

**Work Schedule:** 6 days/week

### **About the Role**

You’ll have the autonomy to design engaging learning strategies while working closely with a supportive family.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Create tailored lesson plans aligned with school curriculum (English, Math, Science).
• Conduct daily 1:1 tutoring sessions to reinforce concepts and address learning gaps.
• Assign and review homework; provide constructive feedback.
• Develop creative, play-based learning activities to foster curiosity.

• Track academic progress through regular assessments.
• Design actionable improvement plans and share biweekly reports with parents.
• Collaborate with school teachers (if needed) to align support strategies.

• Prepare the child for school (ensure materials/assignments are ready).
• Accompany the child to/from school (transportation provided or driver’s license required).
• Supervise post-school routines (snacks, rest, study schedule).

• Encourage time management, organization, and positive study habits.
• Incorporate character-building activities (e.g., responsibility, resilience).

• **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood, or related field.
• **Experience:** 2+ years teaching/tutoring young children (Primary 1–3 preferred).
• **Skills:**
• Patient, nurturing, and adaptable to the child’s learning style.
• Strong communicator (English proficiency required; additional languages a plus).
• Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy (familiar with e-learning tools).
