About the role

Galaxy Studio Interior Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented Project Coordinator / Project Engineer to join our team in the Woodlands North Region. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and manage various aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Provide technical support and guidance to the project team as needed
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and progress updates

What we're looking for

Relevant degree or qualification in Project Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a project coordinator or project engineer role, preferably within the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
