Our client is a a general reinsurer and currently, they are looking for a HR Manager / Assistant Manager.

about the job

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to end-to-end recruitment, compensation & benefits, employees’ engagement & relations, performance management and training & development, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s labour laws and company policies
  • Administer employee relations, addressing grievances and providing guidance.
  • Oversee performance management and development initiatives.
  • Handle compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing and benefits enrollment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Support HR strategic initiatives and projects.
skills and experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a HR Generalist capacity or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
