Job Description
- Daily support for Admin/HR activities.
- Handle foreign employees' onboarding, work pass application, issue, renew, etc
- Primary Care Plan (PCP) enrollment and cancellation.
- Verify workers' job cards and timesheets for payroll processing.
- Create, maintain accurate records of leave entitlements, including annual, medical, and other types of leave.
- Coordinate training programs for workers
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Working Hours: 5 working days, Monday – Friday (9 am – 6 pm).
Requirements- Minimum O / ITE / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Adminstration or a related field.
- At least 2 – 3 years experience in Admin/HR operation, preferable in Construction Industry.
- Familiar of MOM rules and regulations is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellant communication, interpersonal abilities and meticulous in work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a team and independently.
