Facilities Engineer (CA/AL/13144) - Tampines
About the role
This full-time Facilities Engineer role at ST Engineering Aerospace Engines Pte Ltd, based at the Airport Road East Region, is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of the company's facilities and infrastructure. As an integral member of the team, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the company's physical assets.
What you'll be doing- Manage the preventative maintenance programs for all facilities and equipment
- Monitor and analyse facilities performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate and oversee the work of external contractors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability projects
- Provide technical support and advice to other departments as needed
- Contribute to the planning and execution of facilities-related projects
- Min. Diploma in Building Services Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Preferably min. 3 years' experience in a facilities engineering or building maintenance role
- Proven track record in project management and contract administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Working knowledge of relevant building regulations and codes of practice
- Experience with building automation systems and energy management
