Job Description- Maintain facilities and services to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective actions for facility equipment and building systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of grounds and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Attend breakdowns, servicing, repairs, and emergency requests.
- Carry out general building facility repairs, including electrical, plumbing, painting, and landscaping.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
- 2 years of relevant experience as a building/facilities technician.
- Independent, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and able to walk frequently, as workload can be heavy during hotel check-out times.
