Your new role Execute the overall success and growth of the assigned portfolio by creating new relationships through the acquisition of new local Singapore-incorporated customers Partner with clients in order to fully understand their businesses, strategies and challenges, to proactively recommend an effective variety of financial products and services to help customers succeed Promote the cross-selling of banking products to our customers based on their banking needs, improve our wallet share with the clients, to accomplish the branch's growth targets Perform effective financial analysis and underwriting in the areas of credit, cash flow and collateral; structure and complete suitable business loans/ services to the clients; and to follow-up on client maintenance work post disbursement What you'll need to succeed Degree holder with minimum 7-10 years of directly relevant working experience as a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager Experience in building, creating and maintaining effective relationships with customers and internal partners in the local Singapore market Experience in dealing with SEA clients is a plus point Knowledge in structuring corporate deals independently Trade finance knowledge is imperative Good experience in commercial credit underwriting skills Strong prospecting, sales, negotiation and influencing skills Must have a strong ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with North Asian internal and external stakeholders A fast learner who is able to work independently and as a team in a supporting role What you'll get in return A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development The chance to work with a growing financial institution and have a significant impact on its success What you need to do now If you or someone you know may be interested in this job opportunity, please do contact me on the details below for more information or email me an updated CV to Nicholas.Liang@Hays.com.sg Alternatively, if this job opportunity is not for you, feel free to share your updated CV to arrange for a confidential discussion on the relevant openings based on your skill sets and expertise.
