Perform scheduling of assignments for corporate clients
Assign and co-ordinate driving assignments with bus drivers according to clients requirements
Receive and manage feedbacks. Suggest ideas to improve workflow
Daily monitoring of transport operations. Coordinate with stakeholders in case of contingencies
Report and maintain records of incidents and accidents for future review

Requirements

Responsible and meticulous team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to communicate with English and Mandarin speaking clients
Able to respond to contingencies before/after working hours
Working Hours: Mon to Sat
