Risk Director (Credit & Liquidity Risk, Market Risk) - Bukit Merah

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the direct oversight of the Company’s risk management for Credit, Operational & Technological Risks and Asset-Liability Management. This would include the implementation of the risk framework, policies and procedures of the Company.
• Formalize and implement the enterprise wide risk management framework and risk governance to manage and control of all aspects of risks including credit, operational & technological risks and asset-liability management.
• Identify, monitor, evaluate the Company's risk exposure and recommend strategies and procedures in mitigating these risks.
• Assist to implement, and perform annual review and update of, risk management policies and procedures.
• Co-ordinate the annual assurance to the Board that the system of internal control and risk management system are adequate and effective.
• To provide analysis for the presentation to ALCO and as the secretary to ALCO, in the absence of a permanent Asset-Liability Management officer.
• Review risk assessment against MAS Notices and Guidelines on Technology risk and work closely with Technology Security Officers and Internal Audit on findings.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Banking/ Finance or equivalent.
• With 5 - 7 years of working experience as Head of Risk in Financial Institutions is a plus.
• Strong knowledge in Credit Risk, Market & Operational Risk.
• Leadership experience required.
• Excellent communication skills
