Service Ambassador

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting all guests;
• Be knowledgeable to maintain relevant and current knowledge of store procedures, systems and policies; product and organization knowledge and customer-related information to assist customers and improve their shopping experience;
• Provides tailored recommendations across home, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle departments;
• Assists customers with product selection, trend insights, and wardrobe curation;
• Offers recommendations on the latest trends, upcoming collections, Singapore events, booking of restaurants, etc in enhancing the overall experience beyond shopping;
• Conduct daily store walk and work with the respective team members to take immediate corrective action, if necessary;
• Provide timely feedback to stakeholders and develop initiatives to enhance guest experience and satisfaction;
• Blend problem solving and decision making to positively impact the guest experience and resolve guest concerns;
• Motivate, train and coach associates to deliver seamless and exceptional guest experience; and
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time to maintain staffing flexibility and efficiency.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in retail or hospitality related industry, customer service or relationship management.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and another language
• Exudes Confidence and Service-oriented
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and customer handling skills
• Meticulous and organized
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to work 2 rotating shifts, 6-day work week (including weekends and public holidays)
